Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. As a member of our QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual testing. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on software applications to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Create and execute test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Conduct thorough regression testing to validate software changes and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and clarify product features.
• Document and track defects using bug tracking tools like Azure DevOPS, Jira, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with team members to provide status updates, report bugs, and discuss testing strategies.
• Participate in team meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to software testing.

Requirements and skills

• Proven 1-3 years of work experience in software quality assurance
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Good Communication & writing skills
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Time Zone:
Afternoon Shift – 2pm to 11pm as per US Business Hours
