OUR APPROACH
Built a live freight marketplace in seven agile sprints.
Live Load Board– instant posts with lane, weight, and rate filters.
Smart Match List– personalized load suggestions for each driver.
We mapped broker, OO, and driver workflows, then engineered a real-time matching engine that scores loads by route, weight, and rate. Push alerts keep trucks moving, e-docs replace faxed paperwork, and GPS tracking feeds brokers live ETAs.
