As a frontend architect specializing in React and Next.js, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical standards, improve existing architecture, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable software architectures for web applications using React and Next.js.
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and architecture.
3. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
4. Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
5. Identify and implement performance enhancements and optimizations for existing applications.
6. Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications.
7. Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team is leveraging modern development methodologies.

Technical Skills:

1. Proven 5-10 years of experience as a senior frontend developer or architect.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
3. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
4. Familiarity with React state management using Redux.
5. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
