Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Web Developer with expertise in HubSpot CMS to develop and optimize components, templates, and authoring environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, high-performance web interfaces, and engaging animations/micro-interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and components.
• Create responsive, high-performance web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL.
• Optimize authoring environments for streamlined content management.
• Implement animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to align development with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues to improve functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of front-end web development experience.
• Expertise in HubSpot CMS, including template and module development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and HubL.
• Experience with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for responsive design.
• Knowledge of GSAP, Lottie, or similar animation libraries for micro-interactions.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics.
• Prior experience working in an agency or SaaS environment.
