Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Core, RESTful WebAPI, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF Web Services, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
• Optimize and troubleshoot .NET applications for maximum performance, scalability, and availability.
• Conduct analysis, design, and development of core frameworks.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to determine needs for new software, platforms, and applications.
• Utilize tools, technology, and various methodologies to create functional and intuitive solutions.
• Focus on system integration, sustainability, and feasibility.
• Understand and integrate open-source software where appropriate.
• Manage all phases of technology development.
• Demonstrate strong team-working skills, with a proven track record of coaching others across teams at all technical levels.
• Transform requirements into .NET architectural solutions.
• Suggest and implement solutions for process improvement.
• Adhere to all requirements and guidelines for quality, security, extensibility, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant development experience in web applications.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; German language skills are welcome but not required.
• Extensive experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Expertise in designing scalable systems and working with N-Tier architectures.
• Professional experience in software development using .NET Core.
• Experience as a Software Architect or in a similar role.
• Professional experience with single-page applications (Angular), HTML5/CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Strong technical mindset, analytical approach, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience in leadership or software architecture within software delivery teams.
• Demonstrates a sense of ownership and pride in their work and its impact on the company’s success.
