We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator who manages clients’ successful transition and launches on our product. She/he assesses customer needs, develops a plan and helps implement the plan to the customer’s satisfaction. The individual is the point of contact for clients, ensuring the deployment of the customer account is accurate and timely. She/he meets strict deadlines and has the highest expectations for customer delivery, support and training. Requirements 3+ years of experience in client coordination.
- Manage and actively engage in all facets of client launch efforts, including scheduling kick-off meetings, collecting initial documentation, scheduling weekly progress meetings to final pre-launch review.
- Oversee Launch Project Portfolio, including Account satisfaction and retention, weekly status reporting, project documentation, creating tutorial videos and documents.
- Ensure all launch initiatives are complete and on time.
- Field ad hoc tier 1 inquiries from clients regarding functionality, installation, deployment, customization, software support, etc..
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer related issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to adapt and effectively handle and adjust to changes in priorities and assignments
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- The ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups
- Strong oral and written communication skills; the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- The ability to build customer relationships, as well as take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
Education and Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Minimum education MBA/BBA
- Expertise in software training a strong plus
Shift timings – 8pm – 5am (nights) Monday through Friday, 5 days a weekLocation: Karachi
